I need computing help. - Vampex0 - 07-06-2011
Okay i got a little problem with one of my several computers before i start it is NOT stolen.
A recent computer i have has an "ctrl, alt + delete" login screen.
when it loads up it has a username already inside the "username" box but no password.
i'm clueless of how to get in without it (i have tried default admin account)
I have downloaded a cracked windows XP disc to try and reboot it, however i can't seem to burn it to a disc.
if any of you guys can recommend discs to use or a precise download to use i would appreciate it.
I will +rep whoever helps me get the problem solved.

Can i use that on a system that runs on windows XP and what disc would i need to burn it onto?

For an install you don't even need to run it from a disc. Just extract the cd/dvd image, and run the setup.

please read my post carefully, i cannot even log into the computer to install anything. I do not know any login passwords.

In that case, you can add another hdd with windows installed, change the boot-order, then use the 2nd hdd to reinstall windows in your locked pc's hdd, and change boot-order again.

Or just ask somebody's disc if your disc-writer is not working.
