Arcane's Icon Changer [FREE/MediaFire Links] - ArcaneFx - 09-16-2011

A cool and sick looking tool that lets you change your executable's icon without corrupting it (or atleast in most cases).
NOTE: Save a backup of the executable before actually changing the icon, just incase.
