I would like to share a simple software to block or cut someone connection in your network without require any authentication or admin rights. It can block two way connections between client-client, client-gateway, client-server using ARP poisoning method.
1) Install the Net cut here but you need to install WinPcap first to listen for traffics. It will automatically scan for active IP address in your network.

2) Select the choice net cut to choose the network adapter. Then just click cut off or resume to block or unblock the connection.
3) To prevent from someone who using the netcut in your network, you can install AntiNetCut to counter the problem. Download link here
