Anonymous finds Amanda Todd's bully - Falcon - 11-21-2012
A 30 year old former Facebook employee has been accused by the hacktivist group Anonymous for allegedly harassing and leaking the nude photos that led teen Amanda Todd to commit suicide.
In their YouTube video, a member of the online community dressed in the iconic Guy Fawkes mask reported on the connection that was discovered between the teen and the man who shall remain unnamed.
The group has linked to a page containing the personal information of the alleged assailant, and screenshots of a jailbait website with accounts that are connected to both the accused and Todd.
The accused is already facing a flurry of Facebook pages demanding nothing short of his life in exchange for the tragic death of Amanda Todd who committed suicide just five weeks after posting a heartbreaking video where she described the pain of harassment from cyber bullies.
Allegedly Todd was charmed by a man on a video chat site to flash the camera. A year later the same man contacted her demanding that she give him a show and in exchange he would keep the screenshot of her flashing the camera off the internet. After Todd refused, the accused allegedly created a Facebook page with the nude photo as the profile photo and invited all of Todds classmates and friends to it.
The harassment continued even after Todd had changed schools and ultimately culminated in the teen committing suicide.
Even though Amanda Todds story has been heard by everyone now, it seems to be too little and too late. But that did not stop Anonymous from locating who they believe was the cause of death for the young girl. The man in question has been linked to several sites that are dedicated in exploiting underage girls.
When questioned on whether or not they had the right man, the group responded that they firmly believe that they do, but if not then at least another pedophile has been exposed.
The man is a 32 year old from British Colombia, called Cody Maxen.

Wow, that's amazing if they caught they right guy.

It is sad, in our school we talked about it, watched the video and crap. But some people who actually knew said that she was a bitch to everybody. idk why ;/

I never felt any sympathy to Amanda Todd's situation to be honest.
Yes it's nice that they got the guy but people kill themselves everyday by bullying and nobody cares.

I'm so glad they found out the perpetrator who was behind all this. Now this controversy can finally come to an end.

To be fair, I sort of feel that the fact Amanda Todd is getting lots of attention is unfair.
Yes, the loss of a life is tragic, but it happens all the time in life. People take their own lives, people die by accident, and people die of natural causes.
The reason that she got so much attention over all of these others who commit suicide? Her looks. She's an attractive young girl, and I feel that this is one of the contributing factor to why everyone suddenly said "LET'S TAKE A STAND!".
I'm not sure, however, if I feel it's deserved to defame who allegedly bullied her. You know why she got bullied? Because she was reckless and showed her breasts online. That's shit you don't do.
She sort of brought it upon herself, I think.
