Q: Why would I want to disable these?
Me: Hackers can use them to access your computer
Q: Why would I want to enable these then?
Me: To have access to your computer by far away or request help from someone far away from you.
Steps:
Right click "My Computer" and then press "Advanced system settings"
Go to "Remote" tab.
Now you can choose if you want to enable remote desktop and/or remote assistance!
