A thank you button would be awesome, it wouldn't hurt and it would reduce a lot of posts saying "thanks".

I like this, but I recommend the like button instead, like can be used much more broadly.

Hmm, I like the idea of both but:
- 'Thank you' is too common from other posts]
- 'Like' is too facebooky

Not adding this, mainly because I'd rather people post "thank you" or not at all. Having a button like that is useless.
