i usually give myself 24 to 36 hours awake and sleep for 8 hours and do the same all over again.

You mean how many hours i sleep in the morning like 4 to 5. sleep at 6:30 AM then wake up around 11 12

Me, I sleep about 5 hours or so average. I should sleep more and probably will soon for training. I got to cut weight. Im too busy talking to girls I know on the phone or on Facebook all night, or I am on XBL with my homies when they arent working. On the weekends I never sleep. I go to sleep around 12-1 and wake up at 5 to run before school.

i even feel asleep in the middle of a exam once but principal didn't see me thanks to my classmate which woke me up and saved me right when he walked in the class

I sleep at about 2AM till about 9AM, because I can't stand headaches :p.
