If you want to shutdown a facebook group and you dont have any IT knowledge than you need to do the following:
Make some fake profils
Find that group
Inform aggainst that group from all of your profiles and the group will be shutendown
It's strange but it works

it works on fanpages and other stuff too, after a certain amount of notifications they ban/delete without even checking
