If you post here doesn't necessarily mean your a beginner but just stuck on a little thing or just want some clarification on something specific.

I want to ask, you might say a "dumb question" but however i'm using Backtrack4 R2 installed in USB and so the problem is that i'm installing programs or even add some bookmarks in firefox and when i finish job, turning off my pc and when i turning it on again all information is gone. Is this normal because i'm using USB version or what?

enc0de told me that you have to update everytime you boot it with usb. So yeah, it's normal.

Yes this is normal because it's a live USB not a persistent USB.
just install it it's better

im having a lil' problem with huawei k3765 usb modem....i'm trying to install it on backtack4 r2 for like 2 days....i've tried already with usb-modeswitch and just couldn't figure it out.... is there any easyer way or anything what you can suggest ?
