I've seen a guy who did this. He made a MSN popup like notification after email is received.
It's only title, but I guess email body should be similar.

okay thak you i will have a look,
problem with this is, (i know you will moan) i c + p ed it to see how everything works as it's all abit messed up on that tut but i get loads of error's saying that stuff is not declared, but the tut doesn't explain anything about declaring stuff so its kinda made stuff worse
