[TUTORIAL]Image resizing in photoshop - Shadow Hunter - 03-24-2011 This is pretty simple and small tutorial. Lets begin with it.
1. Open the image u want to resize. Spoiler: Go to Image and then Image size ![]() 2.options: i. height and width: u see 2 options in a drop down box at the right hand side.u can choose percent or pixels.in percent 100 is the actual size.so if u decrease it the image becomes small or on increasing it, it becomes large. ii. scale styles and constant proportions: if u tick off the constant proportion box then u can set the image size in any proportion u want. But if u tick it on then the proportion would be constant and the image will not be hazy. iii. resample image: simply uncheck it if u wanna make the hieght and width and resolution work in proportion. iv.and the last drop down box is simple to understand as the necessary things are written beside them. ![]() 3.now if u increase the size of the image this would happen: Spoiler: real pic Spoiler: and if u decrease this would happen Spoiler: real pic Spoiler: thus an increased image becomes hazy and terefore we should avoid the increase in size. But for decreasing the image is more or less a quality pic. so enjoy the tutorial and thank me if u like my post.
