Personal Achievement 'n stuff - Losi - 11-25-2014 So I posted a few months back about how I've been going to the gym 2-4 times a week along with my regular exercise to get back in shape. Well, it's time to clock in. Most of you won't care but it's just a personal achievement of mine. I'm not super "built" one might say but I'm cut. I'm happy. Height: 6'1" Weight: 187 BMI: 24.7
RE: Personal Achievement 'n stuff - Nil - 11-25-2014 "I'm cut" I'm not noticing the incision. Hope you're all right though. RE: Personal Achievement 'n stuff - Mom - 11-25-2014 You look adorbs, Losi. Just sayin'. RE: Personal Achievement 'n stuff - BreShiE - 11-25-2014 I've been wanting to lose weight and tone up, what kept you motivated? I have a good friend of mine that I go with. We push each other to our limits everytime we go. It also forces me to create a work out schedule. Literally jam it in somewhere in your schedule where it won't coincide with anything else. Ever. The first few times will be annoying and forced. There is NO way around it. However, by integrating it in your routine, it'll become as natural as it is getting up in the morning and eating breakfast. Just a thing that happens. Humans are creatures of habit. Just make it your habit. At least that's how it's working for me. RE: Personal Achievement 'n stuff - EXiLE - 11-25-2014 is this going to turn into a body thread?! ;D Well done Losi, hard work DOES pay off in the end. I guess it could be a "body" thread. (11-25-2014, 09:56 PM)Mom Wrote: You look adorbs, Losi. Just sayin'. You too. Lub u bby. RE: Personal Achievement 'n stuff - Nyx - 11-26-2014 Congrats man! Mind if I ask what kinda body you had before? Also what kinda of workout do you do at the gym, like cardio, weights or a mix of both? Anyways, I'm not going to post my body on here, but in the past 3 months I've dropped 30 pounds (Gym, Hockey and Football) and I feel great. To anybody who doesn't currently do physical activity, I highly, highly suggest doing it Be it sports, going to the gym or just doing a simple home workout, I swear it will change your life. I wake up in the mornings feeling like a million bucks, I'm no longer a depressing nolife kid with no friend and real life and my life is amazing. I hate sounding like one of those infomercial people but if you don't already, start working out! Sorry for the derail @Losi lol. I mostly do endurance rather than power. I prefer to do 4 sets of weights than 2 sets of weights. I run too. I can do 3 miles in 23-25 minutes. Much slower than others, but I am 6 foot 1. |
