Boost Steam Downloading Speeds with CE 6.4! - 1x1x1x1 - 08-27-2014

What you need...
- Cheat Engine 6.2+
- Steam
- Minimal Knowledge of Cheat Engine
Step One
Find the game you wish to download, then open your Cheat Engine application.
Step Two
Click the flashy computer, then attach the Cheat Engine application with Steam. (Not Steam Service.)
Step Three (Final.)
Locate 'Enable Speedhack' in Cheat Engine. And set the speed to 0.1 to 0.5 (Increase it every 10 MB's).
Profit, you increased your speeds up to 2MB/s or even higher. If it did not work with 'Steam Application', go back to the flashy computer and switch to service. It worked for me, so it should work for you.
[Warning]: Do not set speeds higher than 1.0+ or you're game will start to say "Attempting to Write Disk" or something in that area. So just keep it 0.1 - 0.5

Explanation: Your speed may seem to go up bull all your doing is basically changing the definitions for the unit of measurements.
