I see some people use the term "rooted" and other people use the term "roto-rooted"
What is the difference between the two?

The people that say roto-rooted is just a bunch of sheeps following the sheep herder, it's dumb and they're just saying it because this "one" guy says it. There is no difference other than sounds funny, I guess.
