There is like 1000 of them as soon as you download it and it show you each one. Like email sender, page refresher, computer restarter, shit like that.

Curious as to how you could restart someones computer with PHP, PHP is a server side language, therefore it can't do anything client-side.

I'm fairly sure they meant the computer that's hosting the PHP. Everyone knows PHP can't restart your PC just by going to the site.
