I'm planning on adding an X Elite upgrade rank, which will be even more prestigious than S Elite. But first, I'd like to give S Elite members some more perks, and I'd like to give X Elite members even more amazing ones. Below are the perks each group is currently set to receive. Let me know if I missed anything, or if anything should be added.

Moderators like @Kyou had 5 stars under their title, while S. Mods have the ability to give +5 reputation, right? Will you accommodate for them, too?
Having a customizable username color seems pretty... interesting. I can imagine looking at the people who were online in the last 24 hours and basically seeing a rainbow.

Decrease or eliminate the time between sending private messages for some rank. Sending messages to a lot of people is a pain.

That's true enough.
On an somewhat related note, I see that the reputation for Elites will stay the same as people who are registered. I'd probably suggest it be something like for every tier up, you'd get raised one extra reputation power (i.e. Elite +2, S. Elite +3, etc.)

I put incorrect information. Elite can give 3 reputation. Thanks for mentioning that.
