I get what you mean, but there are still a lot of great servers regardless of location which will give you good ping, if that's what you're after!

LSRP is great, but PLA is a peice of shit. Just go in the server and you'll see the fucking noobs there

Never even heard of it. I think a friend of mine went around these kinds of server's just making DM crews.
