This one - PHP MySQL Essential Training is the best PHP/MySQL tutorial that I have seen, it will get you through all the basics of PHP and MySQL and after the basics you will build your own CMS based on what you learnt.
The tutorial is by Kevin Skoglund, he is a great teacher. You can also go though advanced PHP/MySQL training after the basics.
I would recommend his tutorial if you want to learn PHP.
