I use it to download MP3s and other stuff that you can't see via the view source on webpages. However sometimes its a bit buggy and it doesnt tell me the link for certain things so I can download it. Anyone know of a better program?

It really just depends, RealPlayer had an addon for a while that downloaded flash video.
Protip: You can find the mp3's in the view source, go to the page, and hit ctrl+s (save hotkey)

If you use a http header editor, start tampering before clicking play, then copy the source URL it gives you, open in a new tab, Ctrl+s the mp3 file it gives you.
