Relationship Issues? - Equinox - 03-30-2014 I was on a Chat/IM site today and looked at my girlfriend's profile. This is what found. ![]() I met her about a year ago on this same chat site. It hurts to know that she might be cheating on me. I've tried to contact through to IM, and Skype. She's not responding. I will be messaging her on facebook and through text later. We've been dating since July 14th, 2013 by the way. I've always been scared she might cheat on me, and it's possible that she is right now. I want to talk to her about this, but don't know how. What should I say and what should I do? Help, SL. RE: Relationship Issues? - Feat - 03-30-2014 Well first things first, if she's been taken since February and has been dating you since June...I don't really think that she's cheating on you but is cheating on someone else WITH you. Either way it just doesn't feel right. RE: Relationship Issues? - Oni - 03-30-2014 (03-30-2014, 04:46 AM)Undiscovered Wrote: Lol. Just to put this out there, it's completely reasonable to date someone online, as long as you have plans to meet in real life. I see @Jiggly every few months and our relationship isn't solely virtual. However, there are a lot of challenges with doing so. One of the big ones is trusting your partner, especially since not everyone can be trusted. Obviously you don't want to be dating someone online if you can't trust them. Duubz, it's possible (and maybe even more likely) that you've been cheated on. That being said, it might have been a typo on her part. If she's not contacting you back, you might be playing the fool in this scenario. Personally, I think you're a bit young (funny, right?) to be picking a partner online. I don't mean that in a condescending/demeaning way, but it's unlikely you will meet anybody you date online at your age. I'd recommend dating in real life first. In my situation, I picked @Jiggly because she had a personality and characteristics that other girls I know simply don't. I didn't choose to because dating online is easier, since I know that eventually it isn't. Plans to meet [check] Same age [check] I never got with her because online is "easier". I knew her a while before we got together. I got with her because of her personality. It was months after I met her. To be honest, I didn't really think I'd even been in the position I am with her. I didn't choose online dating really, it chose me. I never really wanted to date someone across the web. That all pretty much changed when I met her though. Also, I won't be referencing her name here because some of you people are niggers. In my case, @BreShiE caught on that I was interested in her. He eventually convinced us to date online. Just double check with her, as it may be nothing. Of course, make sure she's not lying. Hell, if you want - go to the extreme of jacking her Skype account, checking logs, and such. His relationship seems solely virtual. As long as you meet up with @Jiggly it's cool. I don't really know you two but i figure you have a strong relationship compared to @Duubz RE: Relationship Issues? - Equinox - 03-30-2014 (03-30-2014, 07:34 AM)Undiscovered Wrote: His relationship seems solely virtual. You're just trying to be a dickhead to me, aren't you? This is the second time you've mentioned me in a negative way. |
