ANIME HORROR - Jiggly - 03-24-2014
So, I just watched my first anime horror series: Another
Quote:Synopsis
When Kouichi Sasakibara transfers to his new school, he can sense something frightening in the atmosphere of his new class, a secret none of them will talk about. At the center is the beautiful girl Mei Misaki. Kouichi is immediately drawn to her mysterious aura, but then he begins to realize that no one else in the class is aware of her presence.

Compared to RL horror films, I thought it was kinda mild. But still, I did like the mystery!
Can anyone recommend anime thrillers? Does anyone else watch anime horrors?

Hehe, he can something frightening in the atmosphere. :p
Anyways, for horror anime, if it is really even classed as horror anime, Elfen Lied was pretty creepy at some points.

I absolutely love that anime with a passion xD Maybe I am a sick, twisted person? I would have put it at having thriller/horror elements. Some bits are perfectly fine and cute. Other bits are fucked up. However, those are kinda climatic points xD

I'm asking because i'm making a list of those i'm going to watch in each different genre.
To be honest, I have not seen any proper anime horrors other than this one, so I have nothing to compare it to. I liked it, but I doubt it's the best in its genre. However, it's only 12 episodes long, so if you wanted to watch it, it wouldn't take long to finish.
