Hi everyone.
I opened my port and made a server using DC rat, but when I test that somewhere I don't get the client. Why's that so?

Not sure if I fully understand your issue. Are you having issues with the client creation?

...but problem is that when I run the server I could not get the victim.

Okay since I've seen your set up etc.
Like I said make sure your VMware is in NAT mode or else it wouldn't work.
Another solution is running it on your real computer with SandBoxie and see how that goes.
