Please change the image of Graphics Guru. Me being a designer, it bugs the piss out of me that the award for designers is a lighting bolt. Would this:

Found it, played with it a little bit, resized it into award size. I can make it smaller if needed. I think it fits pretty well.

That image's size is 27x27. The standard award size is 24x24.
Better get onto that.
