One of my real life friends is a twit - Mod Mark - 01-24-2014 One of my real life friends had a job interview today and they asked him a question about something like what he struggles the most with, and he turns around and says to the people interviewing them - "Waking up in the morning." Derp. That is the worse answer to give them if you get asked a question like that. RE: One of my real life friends is a twit - Emerald - 01-24-2014 Well, I guess it depends on his job description. Like if he started in the after-noon that wouldn't be terrible. Obviously, that's still a terrible answer. It would be worse if he said "showing up to work." RE: One of my real life friends is a twit - Wonder - 01-25-2014 I think we all have that problem, but to say it in an interview shows that you don't have drive. Not smart. RE: One of my real life friends is a twit - Mod Mark - 01-25-2014 He was telling me how disappointed he was not getting the job and I said to him it's his fault. :omg: RE: One of my real life friends is a twit - BeastlyHobos - 01-25-2014 Not as bad as my friend who got the job nailed the interview and then forgot that the day was Friday and missed orientation RE: One of my real life friends is a twit - Fallen - 01-25-2014 That's a poor decision on his part, jeezes. RE: One of my real life friends is a twit - Saikou - 01-26-2014 He should have said "trying not to flip my desk whenever I randomly get a boner." RE: One of my real life friends is a twit - Feat - 01-26-2014 That's just being a outright idiot and as you said, it is indeed his fault that he didn't get the job. Hired for being hilarious. :hehe: RE: One of my real life friends is a twit - pandandesign - 01-28-2014 For professional jobs, yes, this may not be an acceptable answer and the interviewer will immediately turn you away. I wouldn't say things like this anyway during an interview. |
