PS4 Journey - Capture - 01-08-2014
Here's a story of me getting a PS4. I got up for school in 20 degree weather and whole school is outside like the hallways, the only thing that is inside is the offices and classrooms. I got out at 10:20 and picked up my best friend to go see if Walmart and Gamestop had the PS4; they didn't. I called a guy from Craigslist that was selling a brand new PS4 with the receipt for $485. I know retail is $429 with tax but i wanted it today because my birthday is tomorrow and i wanted to use the money to buy games and accessories. My best friend and i meet up with the guy and i bought it and went straight home to drop my best friend off and the PS4. I then went and got my girlfriend from school and went back home. I hooked the PS4 up and i got the blue light of death. I spent a good hour doing tuts and reading how to fix it but no work. I called Bestbuy up and they said i could exchange it but they didn't have any in. I called the guy up that i bought it from and told him what had happened. He asked if i wanted my money back and i said yes so we planned to meet up again. About 15 minutes later i was going to call again and just asked if i could switch it out with another PS4 he had but then my phone rang and it was him asking if i wanted to just switch it out. I was so happy and told him yes. My girlfriend and I went up to meet him again and i switched the consoles and receipt. I got home plugged everything up. I was so nervous to turn it on. When i did i saw the blue lights real quick the the picture came up. I was so happy. The guy said the install took 3 hours and wasn't that happy about that but when i went to update it took 4 minutes. (That dude has slow internet i guess)
Well guys that was my day very eventful and nerve racking. Bye bye Xbox 360 hello PS4. I hope you guys liked the story. Also sorry for my bad grammar i never was good at writing.
