Like Whited00r, the Blackr41n team is working on Bl4ck0ut 7 (CFW) for older devices because now even the iOS jailbreak community is running out of ideas to steal. Unlike Whited00r, this team is limited to fewer devices and firmware versions. In any case, I recommend that, if you must, use a custom firmware, that it'd be a sn0wbreeze or redsn0w jailbroken firmware and not a Whited00r or these unstable as hell firmwares.
Alongside with Whited00r, Bl4ck0ut is mainly just a reskin of the icons and it uses legacy tweaks such as Multifl0w and Backgrounder to perform these iOS 7 like actions. Remember, your devices will NOT run faster regardless of what they say. Your devices WILL be in Safe Mode more than not. I KNOW this because I've tried them, all. Yes sir. Their iOS 7 features are supported by Mobile Substrate. Mobile Substrate can only handle SO MANY TWEAKS before it starts bugging out. This is true not only for older devices and experienced jailbroken users will know this. It just happens to be that the older devices cannot handle an excess amount of tweaks as well as the newer iDevices with more powerful processors and a lot more RAM.
PLEASE BE WARY OF WHAT YOU'RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO. I UNDERSTAND, AS AN AVID CUSTOMIZER AND JAILBREAK ENTHUSIAST, THAT CFWs are FUN, BUT THE ISSUES YOU ENCOUNTER WILL START TO GET OLD, FAST!
