This is minor but I think that the post requirement before you go up a level (in stars for normal members) should be like 50 rather than 1 or 2. Just to make the stars a little bit more important/better sign of commitment to the forums.

Well erm the greek alphabet could do in ascending order so omega to alpha. The post requirement for each would be of your evaluation.
