I think there should be a marketplace section.
Within this section there should be a Upgraded Sellers Market Sub-section
A normal member sellers section.
Buyers area ( where people looking for stuff post.
And finally in general a marketplace discussion area which should include deal problems, free services and giveaways and also a pricing sub- sub sections.
This would bring in a lot of traders and sellers to the forum increasing its traffic substantually. Also it should state that any scams are not in the responsibility of the forum but continious scammers will be perma-banned. This idea can be tweaked with and is open to the shaping of an admin to make it suit his forum best.
