It's not my favorite, I don't see it blending well with the current theme. Try using the same font as the the banner and maybe also the same logo they use

I can adjust the color of it. I think it's a bit bright.

Yeah I would dim down the brightness and I would take the chrome off

I am not big fun of that font you used, and also on border of clock some black shading isn't so good., but generally it's not so bad Smile

I prefer the current avatar, as it flows more smoothly with the overall theme. However, your avatar looks very nice as well.
