I was thinking about this and it hit me that, in my opinion, this would be really helpful...
There could be a FAQ, with tutorials and explanations to things that keep coming back to the forum. I think it would work best if members with, lets say +100 or +200 posts were able to edit the FAQ, while newcomers, would only be able to request an answer or a tut on the FAQ (so the FAQ doesn`t become a fuckfest). I dont know how this could be categorized, but I think it would be really helpful for the community.
