You can download.dark comet, then buy some bots and use the ddos command.

Buy a DDoS tool. If you have little to no knowledge in this field, and no investment, you won't be able to create one that works well.

This guy has came here for help, it'd be a little nicer if he knew a little more English, but unfortunately he hasn't. Don't chastise someone just for being from another country, or for knowing very little English. It may be a little hard to understand, but at least it's understandable. Don't be so harsh.
