I have not kept up on reports as often as I should have and I have been totally inactive for a while now.
I was attempting to get my own forum started and branch out to get some more freelance work.
Things are not working out so I am going to try my best to be a better moderator for you guys, while juggling my every day activities.

I think you've gained an unfair amount of criticism. You've been a good staff member, just not a great member. Your job is to deal with reports and ban rule-breakers. That doesn't necessarily imply you have to be an active poster. However, when you're as inactive on the forum as you have been - I can see where people are coming from. You've definitely been doing your job as a staff member, but I'd love to see you become a more active member.

Nice to see you back, Crow. Oni seems to be incredibly biased towards you. We need reliable staff. as long as you can be that then I'm cool. Otherwise I think you should just resign.
I hope you do come back though, as Oni said, you're a good staff member when you're actually active.

This explains why you've been unactive. I thought that was your activity all the time.
Although, being an active staff member with decent moderation is great!
