Omg, this guy is such a pain in the ass and is as clear as a foggy Christmas night .___.

He paid $20.00 earlier but I charged him since he said it was an "extra request" so it's an extra charge.

Honestly, I don't see the point of complaining about it. It solves nothing, and you don't make the request easier to understand. If you really want to make a difference in general, why not explain to him how one should request something? Instead of labeling him has annoying and "push" him away.
