You could self host an LLM. There is plenty of tutorials on how to do that. It's actually not that hard as mostly everything is dockerized nowadays.

you could try to find a bypass, but the bets option is to rent a ai testing server and use a uncensored model, you can get them for per hour at like a buck per, and you pay per minute so depending on what you need you may not even pay a dollar, lambda cloud is my goto

Deepseek could be interesting. I've never used it, but I know it's less censored than western models. If you want a seriously uncensored model, then you'll need to run something locally.
