Hi,
Here is the deal and the problem.
I create one year ago a separate account in paypal for customers of "Email SPAM Prank". I received a payment of €20 for a private version then i spend a few euros in domains and the balance is now aprox. €15. I tried to contact the paypal support desk to find a way to get paid by check but this option wasn't possible in the country i was in (Portugal). The person that respond to me from the support desk went talk to his supervisor and since the account was registered to "***" which is a random name i create the account was limited.
With limited account status, i can make sells and get paid on this account but can't spend the money and i'm informed that now i have the possibility of withdraw the money after updating the profile or sending a ID confirmation.
The question that i have is if i associate a credit card or a bank account to the paypal account will it be enough to send the funds to the credit card/bank account?
What would be the next logic step to make? I need fresh cash
