Depends. If you are already in the Apple eco-system, Apple watch would be your best go-to variant. Same for Samsung (ig).

id say apple watch def, apple just knows what their doing it and i love the designs they have, but right now im just running a fitbit because i need to keep track of my walking and heart rate and its what i could afford, its treated me well so far
