Electronics refund question:
If you wanted to sell an electronic item you reported as DNA would the person or company you're selling it to be able to see via the serial number that it's been reported as lost or stolen?
Would the company you hit with DNA respond by somehow nullifying or blacklisting the serial number in defence?

Company dependent. Most of the time it isn't reported but with certain brands it will be.
