9/10 because if we will see it with the new HF theme, then it is more fitting with it.

Not really my thing, look kinda small and it will be hard to do a better one than their current.

I don't like the overall shape of the userbar. I also don't like the heart, it looks out place and strangely placed... :S

For me, a 8.5/10.
The colors are very bright, and catch the eye quickly.
I like it, overall.
