Not sure if here is the right or not.
Sometimes, there are people that remove their old accounts, but appears in search engine still for a time. Should be necessary delete this results from search engine.

Don't forget you can also request that the wayback machine removes copies of info. If it's ur own site then it's easy. Otherwise you can submit a GDPR or CCPA req and they will remove personal info from backups of other sites.
