Where could I buy games that can be used on steam for a cheaper price?
I will buy keys for games too, I know it's risky but it is a hell of a lot cheaper.
I will also be accepting Origin games as well.

Scythe.org is a great place to buy steam accounts, gifts and keys for cheap. Be wary of scammers though. Don't go first to anyone unless they have 20+ vouches.

Also, GamersaGate can be a good place to get Steam keys, although only some of the games they sell are activatable on Steam.
And it could be risky because Steam doesn't allow purchasing keys then activating it on Steam.

GamersGate is a legal reseller, so you shouldn't run into any problems with them.

I almost always purchase CD keys and then activate on STEAM, I've never had a problem. :]

Sometimes Amazon has games cheaper than on steam.
Especially bundles like this one.
