If you have some way to slip a file or to execute any code then it's all it takes. I recommend to use "Open shares in C.lnk" then "Add hacxx as admin.lnk". Both are .lnk files. The code in both can bypass antivirus

Share over network the drive c:
- Add hacxx as admin.lnk
Add hacxx to an account as admin and set a password
