Well, that's tough, been there. If you need some advice that would be to take your time to heal and feel your emotions, don't run away from it and believe me, it would get better soon. Just trust the process.
and no, don't try to remain friends with her, it will affect you from moving forward then try to talk with your friends and engage in new hobbies, take that as an opportunity to know yourself better. She may or may not regret it, it doesn't matter just do the things you love and eventually you'll meet someone that will match your energy and you'll say that it was all worth it.

Honestly, the best way to get over a chick is to just find another chick. You were able to get a gf once, provided nothing extreme has changed about you, you should easily be able to get another one.
