Analogy to life and why we exist - CurrencyBird1M - 01-07-2024 Hello everyone, I just thought of an analogy to life yesterday. Please share your thoughts on this (pardon me for my bad writing and English). So the analogy I thought of is the following: Imagine yourself as a console like a PlayStation 3 (or 4 or whatever console but not the newest one) and life like a Game on a CD (GTA5, CoD .... and so on). Imagine that you are the reason that life can exist, without you life is nothing more than a CD that can be viewed from the outside but is nothing of any significants, it does not matter for the console if the CD get broken or thrown away, it will only be a thrown away CD or broken one, nothing significant. It will not influence the console by lying around (and anything that happens inside this world is not important and will not alter you). Value and anything of the smallest number of importance will only be applied on the CD if it gets put into the console and the "Experiencer", the Human or the Console experiences it, without it would be useless. So that would mean that the conscious experience of us would be the reason life can exist and can be real, if we are not there to experience life consciously, life will not be anything more than something unexperienced that has no impact on anything and looks like nothing more than a CD. That also means that our consciousness is more valuable than life itself. If you take the CD out of the console you sometimes realize how it has literally no impact to you, the impact comes by playing it and consciously experiencing it and interact. You can destroy the console only if it gets the CD pushed into it, for example by a Virus, but the System within the console will not destroy itself without any influence from the outside world (so theoretically it could be immortal). That means that it only start impacting your life and alter u if u consciously experience it. If no CD is played, the console will not age, alter and change in any form. So the goal of life could be conscious experience and everything else, like evolution and love ... comes afterward. Here are some other interesting conclusions that came out of this analogy: -it does not matter what game you put in if it's CoD, Fortinite ..... it can only exist in some type of way with all those different mechanics, physics, UI, graphics and so on because we are capable of experiencing it. -A PlayStation 3 is not capable of playing a game for the PlayStation 5 but turned around it can. Maybe there are more advanced games that we just can experience because we are technically not capable to even be aware of it and never able to experience it, it needs a more advanced console "Experiencer" who could experience the world on those CDs that need more capable Consoles. If you look back, graphics, mechanics on those games were a joke compared to the PS5. The PS3 is simply not capable of understanding the games for the PS5 and never will. What you think about it? |
