Just need a name and date to be written on a piece of paper, all you need to do is find a good marker text and be a pro, write the info, and make it look legit as fuck.
HMU if you can do this.

You should post the image you want edited, that way the people that might do it for you knows the work before they accept it.

Well then it will be harder to find a artist here. We are all of different skill levels, and we cannot say we can do something unless we see it. ( We may guess, but thats the best we can. )
