I have been testing a strategy with the background private information i own.
I'm including some data that can be used in 2 ways...
- The (whitehat)- They can see where the information is available.
- The (blackhat) - They can download and search the data.
Give me some guidelines if not correct.
- The data that i don't have i will be adding if anyone asks or if become popular 5 or 6 times.

I can't tell if you're trying to offer something like Spokeo or SSNDOB. Spokeo is online, SSNDOB's owner is in prison. If it's publicly available information and nobody is being targeted, it's probably not a problem. We don't allow anything pertaining to financials or private databases, due to the risks associated.

It's just databases links that i have. Don't have the archives anymore.
