Whats the best proxy scraper you have?

Best one I have, I made it myself, but the issue is not in the scraper but what website it is scraping the proxies from.
You can make one yourself quite easily with a few basic programming skills. As I said, the website that provides the proxies is what is important as most of the free ones are quite bad or can be used only for a short duration.

I recently found this program on github. Its suprisingly good and works for most of the websites i need.
