@mothered - Defeat - 12-19-2023

Hi all,

Stopping by and realized that our favourite super mod is no longer active or on staff. I was surprised to not find any info from him or on here about the subject. Either way, I hope he returns. It seems like a lot of the active members I knew over the years are gone now Sad I'm definitely looking forward to being more active in 2024, had a lot going on in terms of education and health, 2023 was a major shitshow lol, can't wait for the new year.

I haven't received any new information. Given it's been over 4 months since he disappeared, it's likely he is deceased or indisposed. Maybe he wanted a break and we'll see him again. In the course of the forum's lifespan, we've had a couple members die. Sometimes their family reaches out or I hear through the grapevine, but that isn't always the case.

he might be arrested, one refunding group members were arrested and as mothered is also big on SE not sure he got arrested too.

There is no way he was part of REKK.

The most recent groups caught were ARG and REKK. The situation with ARG occured in October and the situation with REKK occurred December. The scale/greed they operated don't seem characteristic of Mothered, but I didn't monitor him off-site. We've been pushing changes to limit the possibility of groups like that existing here for quite some time.

There is no way he was part of REKK.

While I wouldn't say it's impossible, I would say that it's incredibly unlikely he was a part of any group like that. We don't have groups like that here, either.

Rekk wasnt caught btw. Amazon is suing REKK refunds, but rekks identity is unknown.

From my understanding, the employees that were bribed were fired. Not sure if they are being charged.

There's limited information.
