Always go for iPhone, especially if you're looking to resell eventually. They hold value amazingly

The Oneplus 12 looks excellent. Specs are a big upgrade. It's only launched in China, but if you like Android it is worth the wait.

Of all the phones I had, I loved my Huawei P20 the most. Great battery life, relatively cheaper than other flagships, and the AI camera was insane. Not everybody likes the AI camera feature, but I don't think I've seen another phone with built in OCR and photo editing as good as the Huawei. I would've gotten the P50 pro as well if it had google play services...
