So, JacobBaker (as he is known on here) begs me to teach him how to do CC fraud, etc. He's 14 years old....
He then asks to borrow $10k so he can "get the essentials for cc fraud."

When I was 14 I sure wasn't carding, but I was doing whatever I needed to get money.
Different walks of life, people. Computers aren't exclusive to the well-off any more. That being said, he is likely a spoiled rich white boy looking for a cheap adrenalin high.

You guys aren't done with 14 year olds, just the ones who act like they are 9. I know 12 year old dumbasses who have been arrested for swatting, so age doesn't really matter, maturity does.

Age does mather, 12 year olds shouldnt be getting money from blackhat ways or swatting people. I am a young adult so i should know.
