If it's in a nice way, I guess it's cute.
Though it might eventually to some extent be considered creepy when you get the less 'normal' love-letters, like (from a guy to a girl)

I honestly have to say that it's cute, despite what they look like. If you don't have the best self-esteem, like in my situation, you think it's cute and it's something that you didn't think would happen. c:

I would say cute, but it's opinionated and also a dependent variable on the actions of the admirer.
